There is no pain as severe as sciatica pain. It can stop you from working and enjoying social and recreational activities. Exercise to strengthen the back and stomach muscle and spinal decompression therapy are what I use to treat my patients that suffer from sciatica. The quick pain relief gives people back their lives. You can find more information about this spinal decmpression therapy at http://www.painrelief611.com

Spinal decompression therapy is treatment for getting rid of sciatica pain and disc herniation. Most sciatica is caused by disc herniations and if you fix the disc herniation you will usually fix your sciatica pain. You can find out more about spinal decompression therapy at http://www.painrelief611.com

what is spinal decompression therapy? Thank you for your comment. It seems I have bad days and then real bad days. I like the bad ones. I found a few exrcises that i can do sometimes, when im warmed up. But i usualy just take many small walks to ease the cramping.

I would like to get over this. My wife is tired of the mood swings and i ould a nights sleep one day. :)

Sciatica can often times seem impossible to cure. The pain can be so severe that you cannot function and perform your work duties and it even can interfere with your social and recreational activities. Stretching and strengthening exercise along with spinal decompression therapy were the keys to curing my sciatica and leg pain.
